These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from The DoreeGlam™ ("DoreeGlam", "we", "us" or "our").

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Payment Policy.

You may use this website to browse products, place orders and contact us for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not harm the website, other users or DoreeGlam.

To place an order, you should be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract, or be placing the order with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

If you create an account, please provide accurate details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@doreeglam.co.in if you think your account has been used without permission.

We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

• Provide a correct and complete delivery address, PIN code and reachable phone number.
• Check the product description, size and price before placing an order.
• Be available to receive the delivery, or arrange for someone to receive it.
• Use the website and our services only for lawful purposes.

We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, lighting in photographs, and the nature of handcrafted or dyed fabrics. Small variations in colour, print placement or texture are not treated as defects.

Measurements may vary by product. Please check the product page and our Size Guide before ordering.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹). The final amount payable, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Prices may change without prior notice, but a change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

All products are subject to availability. Occasionally an item may sell out after you place an order. If that happens, we will inform you and either offer an alternative (only if you agree) or cancel that item and refund the amount paid for it.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email, SMS or message, or when we dispatch it.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if the product is unavailable, the price or details are wrong, the delivery address is not serviceable, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount paid as described in our Refund Policy.

You may request to cancel an order before the order is dispatched. Full details are in our Cancellation Policy.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Available payment methods, failed and duplicate payments are explained in our Payment Policy.

Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Processing and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, and refunds by our Refund Policy. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us so we can resolve it.

The DoreeGlam name, logo, website design, photographs, text and graphics are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. See our Intellectual Property page.

We may update, change or remove website content, products and features at any time. While we try to keep information accurate and up to date, occasional errors may occur; we will correct them when we become aware of them. See our Disclaimer.

You must not:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Place false orders or use another person's payment details without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or other users' accounts
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or automated scraping tools
• Copy or resell our products, images or content for commercial purposes without permission
• Post abusive, defamatory or misleading reviews or content

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DoreeGlam's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural events, strikes, courier disruptions or government restrictions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
